Abstract : The article explores the possibilities of using marketing research in providing employment to the rural population. The peculiarities of the organization and conduct of marketing research in the labour market are taken into account. Recommendations have been developed to coordinate labour supply and demand at the district and industrial enterprises, as well as to increase employment.
